If ufraw-batch does not work by itself, you may need to contact the developers of ufraw for assistance. Make a colors.txt with a really small alpha value on the water (or 0). So we'll need to bump our mini_magic dependency to 3.8.0 to resolve this, i'll attempt that soon...
