I am interested if you ever had a resolution to "event ID 2000" problem. I have W2K3 R2 x64 SP2 environment.I've been able to search to come up with this MS KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/951031 which states "This problem occurs because of a handle leak in the I don't have AeXNSAgent installed.
