What does a.s. Here are the brief steps of installing libpcap on ubuntu(my version is 14.04), YMMV. After it's done, we want to move the whole Linux system into the SCION network environment. Ubuntu Install Libpcap and you should note i still missed it once on one of my earlier posts.
