And then install jekyll 3.1.6 using my CMD. Error While Executing Gem ... (runtimeerror) Maybe with gem update -n /usr/local/bin spaceship You may need to reinstall all gems for that version of ruby you are working with.

I haven't the slightest idea why it would be happening, though, and it still looks like an OS issue. It worked correctly! To use it, just npm install --global tldr, and then run tldr tar.
But my problem is that I get a different error message that the error of not having access to the file. You will also need to add the local .rbenv binary path (/Users/username/.rbenv/versions/2.2.2/bin) to your bash profile for convenience. No registration required! And what about "double-click"? I'm on a Win7 64bit and I run my prompt as administrator. If nothing works, you can always start using rvm to have a "sudo-less" installation of fastlane and the other gems.
