To use it, just npm install --global tldr, and then run tldr tar.

But my problem is that I get a different error message that the error of not having access to the file. I'm on a Win7 64bit and I run my prompt as administrator. If nothing works, you can always start using rvm to have a "sudo-less" installation of fastlane and the other gems.
