I assumed it was some usability issue and commenters were clicking submit multiple times (its not a heavily commented site). Is intelligence the "natural" product of evolution? Anyway, I read up on some of the similar issues people were having and saw that a patch was created (http://drupal.org/node/331960) or that in general i should update the module first... I learn by doing, practicing, experience. It's also not in the line above it.
